#43 of 190 accounts read, fewer needle hits than 75% of them. The leaderboard

0 of these 19 posts are strong enough to show on their own: specific, new, first-hand and usable. With 3, this account joins Find, where people look for builders worth following. The next reading counts the newest posts.

El_Capitano Otman M., the last 19 posts, read by six needles; the score counts the 8 that are words only. A reading of the words, not a verdict on the person, and not a prediction of reach.

I use Exa, Parallel, Firecrawl or TinyFish in MCP. They offer better-sourced search than Claude or Codex’s native search as AI big labs are limited to a few results by default, and the models don't read articles deeply when they open them. Except in Deep Research, they just skim a few lines and produce a summary, which is even worse, since most articles don't reveal their full depth or nuance in the opening lines.

I can see where I got stuck in one number: 400 skills across Codex and Claude Code. You do not have 400 friends. You have 20 or 30 real ones. I was collecting acquaintances and calling it capability.

My loop has 6 steps: consume, think, build, distribute, monetize, and reinvest. I was stuck at build. I still am. Building felt like progress because it is an aura moment: look at the dashboard. An outcome, not an aura.

Almost four years ago ChatGPT came out, and like everyone I extrapolated. I can build today, alone, what used to need a small team. The honest accounting is less comfortable: building became cheap, and I became isolated, and I pretended those two facts were unrelated.

This is one of the few AI architectures I’ve seen that treats ontology as operational state, not just retrieval context. The hard part for deployment is not the diagram. It is the contract when three writers hit the same object: a human Action, a pipeline update, and an agent write. If Palantir can make that conflict rule testable on a branch of production data before promotion, this becomes something enterprises can actually certify. If that rule is implicit, the architecture looks complete and still fails in ops. For people who don’t want to drop a big AMA question: what’s the first write-conflict you hit when this left the slide and entered a live workflow?

In one randomized trial, experienced developers worked 19% slower with AI tools and still believed they were faster. The mirror does not create the foundation. It scales it.

My stealth season is over. The next friction is distribution: real people, real clients, real money or real rejection. If you recognise yourself in that mess, name the step you are stuck on, and trade one collection habit for one real contact.

The obvious explanation is that the tools are the problem. But blaming the tool does not survive one question: why did the same tools amplify judgment and experience for some, and isolate others, like me? A suspect is not a culprit.

The tool is a mirror. It amplifies everything, including the foundation you bring. These systems cut the cost of production and raised the cost of verification, and verification is judgment, and judgment is the human part.

The interesting thing about Voice interaction on a smartwatch isn’t the smartwatch. It’s the interface disappearing. Software used to make humans learn its structure. AI can increasingly let humans express intent directly. The real design question: How little interface can we require without reducing human agency?
