Who sells this

Postneedle is made and sold by Alejandro Carbajo, an independent developer in Spain. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which may act as the reseller of record and handles the VAT. Contact: hello@postneedle.com.

What you pay for

• Read it now (€1, once): one reading of one X account, done straight away.
• Full report (€9, once): the report for one X account, built from its last 200 posts, reachable at its own address.
• Scouting feed (€19 a month): a private feed for one search, refreshed every 6 hours, free for the first 14 days. It renews monthly until you cancel.

All are digital and delivered at once. Prices include VAT.

Refunds and cancelling

Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days, no reason needed. Write to hello@postneedle.com from the email you paid with, or reply to the Stripe receipt. To cancel a scouting feed, write the same way: it is cancelled the same day and never charged again, and it stays open until the end of the month you paid for.

What the readings are

A reading is a language model's judgment of the words in public posts, on criteria a blind panel agreed on (specific, new, first-hand, usable). It reads substance, not truth: it does not check facts and says nothing about the person. Matches in Find and in scouting feeds are the same kind of judgment. Nobody pays to be in Find or to rank higher.

Fair use

Don't use Postneedle to harass anyone, and don't publish needles aimed at people; those are refused and removed. Automated scraping of the site is not allowed. Accounts can ask to be removed from Postneedle by writing to hello@postneedle.com.

The rest

Postneedle is provided as it is, and a reading can be wrong. Liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. Spanish law applies, and your rights as a consumer where you live are not affected. How data is handled: privacy.
