   On Linux, mod+b toggles the Blockodile sidebar. herdr's default prefix is Ctrl+B. Same chord. The shell was eating it before herdr ever saw it. Fix: read that machine's herdr prefix from its config, then always pass it through to the terminal. App hotkeys lose. herdr wins. 👇 try it

    5. Open the diff before you accept anything. Files you didn't name? Stop. "Undo everything outside my file list, keep only the label change, show me the new diff." A huge diff for a tiny ask is a failed run, not a gift.
